We are looking for an experienced lawyer to grow our legal team, which currently consists of about 10 lawyers. We work in most areas of business law such as commercial contracts, data protection law, labor law, construction law, public procurement, and dispute resolution.

As a senior lawyer, you will play an important role in our team as well as independently advising clients and supporting the more junior lawyers. The role requires at least four years of work experience and that you feel comfortable working both independently and in a group. For the right candidate, team leadership responsibilities may also be relevant if these qualities and ambitions exist.

The tasks have a wide range within the business law spectrum, from reviewing and drafting contracts to litigation in court. Since our client base consists of companies from most industries, the variation in cases is also significant.

About You

We are looking for someone with a law degree and several years of work experience as a lawyer. You will work broadly and varied but will also be part of the part of the business that is expected to support junior colleagues. Therefore, good collaboration and communication skills are essential. You are expected to have excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish. When performing your tasks, you are expected to observe business acumen and convey the law in a pedagogical and accessible manner. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Experience in drafting commercial contracts and/or dispute resolution is particularly meritorious.

We hope that you are brave and confident in yourself. As a legal advisor, you are the person our clients turn to for help. Therefore, it is important that you have a forward-looking attitude and are driven to make the law more accessible and understandable. It does not matter if you come from a law firm, court, or company.

• The position is a permanent employment of 100%, with a probationary period applied.
• Individual salary setting by agreement.
